Orders may be emailed or called directly to Java Soul at 1-705-446-1881. If more than one delivery date is requested please issue a separate purchase order.

Payment
First order is payable by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Net 30-day terms are offered to those that qualify. NSF cheques will result in a $30.00 charge. Overdue accounts are subject to a monthly charge of 2% plus reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees. We will contact your once your order is ready to be shipped to collect your credit card info.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping fees charged to your account are the actual charges sent to us by the carrier. If you have a specific carrier preference please provide the carrier name and your account number with them.
All shipping and handling charges are itemized by shipment.
Returns
All missing items must be reported within 48 hours. Customer is responsible for freight unless otherwise authorized by Java Soul. COD or freight collect shipments will be refused. Returns are not accepted beyond 20 days.
